Amends Minnesota Statutes section 325F.171 by adding enforcement subdivision allowing the section to be enforced under sections 325F.10 to 325F.12, 325F.14 to 325F.16, and 45.027, subdivisions 1, 1a, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5a, 5b, and 6.

Amends Minnesota Statutes section 325F.172 by adding enforcement subdivision for sections 325F.173 to 325F.175 using the same enforcement mechanisms as section 325F.171.

Creates new statute 325F.179 establishing enforcement procedures for sections 325F.177 and 325F.178 through the same statutory references and mechanisms.

Authorizes the commissioner to coordinate with the Pollution Control Agency and health department commissioners in enforcing all three amended or created enforcement provisions.
