Bars and restaurants may operate at 75 percent capacity with parties limited to 10 people at tables and 2 at bars, with service ending by 10:00 p.m., effective the day after enactment.

Indoor and outdoor events including weddings may be held at 50 percent capacity with maximum attendance of 100 people and 10:00 p.m. end time, effective the day after enactment.

Telework is no longer mandatory, and pools, gyms, and fitness centers may operate at 50 percent capacity with 9-foot spacing and no mask requirements during exercise, effective the day after enactment.

Thirty days after enactment, bars and restaurants operate normally, events expand to 75 percent capacity with 250-person limit, and hair salons, movie theaters, and fitness facilities increase to 75 percent capacity.

Sixty days after enactment, all businesses and events may operate normally, and the governor and legislative party leaders may vote to alter the timeline with agreement of four of five members.
