Increases reimbursement rates, individual budgets, grants, or allocations by 4.14 percent for covered program direct support services effective October 1, 2021, or upon federal approval, whichever is later, to implement minimum wage, holiday, and paid time off provisions.

Increases reimbursement rates, individual budgets, grants, or allocations by 2.95 percent for covered program direct support services effective July 1, 2022, or upon federal approval, whichever is later.

Increases individual budgets, grants, or allocations by 1.58 percent for consumer-directed community supports effective October 1, 2021, or upon federal approval, whichever is later.

Increases individual budgets, grants, or allocations by 0.81 percent for consumer-directed community supports effective July 1, 2022, or upon federal approval, whichever is later.

All rate increases are contingent upon approval of the labor agreement between the State of Minnesota and the Service Employees International Union Healthcare Minnesota and apply to services under home and community-based service waivers and the alternative care program.
