Sets medical assistance reimbursement rate for COVID-19 vaccine administration equal to the Medicare rate for health care professionals administering FDA-approved vaccines (including emergency use authorization) to medical assistance enrollees.

Applies to health care professionals operating within their scope of practice when administering COVID-19 vaccines to medical assistance enrollees.

Expires on the last day of the first quarter beginning at least one year after the federal public health emergency for COVID-19 ends under section 1135(g)(1)(B) of the Social Security Act.

Effective April 1, 2021, or upon federal approval, whichever is later.
