Appropriates $2,150,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $2,150,000 in fiscal year 2023 from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the Minnesota Indian Affairs Council.

Allocates $750,000 annually to provide grants to Minnesota Tribal Nations for Dakota and Ojibwe language preservation and education programs.

Allocates $500,000 annually for grants to Dakota and Ojibwe language immersion educational institutions.

Allocates $750,000 annually to support projects, services, and education programs for Dakota and Ojibwe language preservation and immersion efforts.

Allocates $50,000 annually for a Dakota and Ojibwe Indian language working group coordinated by the Indian Affairs Council and $100,000 annually for the Council to comply with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act.
