School districts and charter schools must maintain a supply of opiate antagonists at each school site, with administration to comply with Minnesota Statutes section 151.37, subdivision 12.

Schools may arrange with suppliers to obtain opiate antagonists at fair market, free, or reduced prices.

Third parties other than suppliers may pay for a school's opiate antagonist supply.

Effective date is July 1, 2022.
