City of Wayzata may expend Tax Increment Financing District No. 6 increments for design and construction of a lakefront pedestrian walkway related to the Panoway on Wayzata Bay project.

City of Wayzata may expend TIF District No. 6 increments for community transient lake public access infrastructure related to the Panoway on Wayzata Bay project.

These expenditures are designated as activities within the district, notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes section 469.1763, subdivision 2.

The bill becomes effective the day after the Wayzata city governing body and chief clerical officer comply with Minnesota Statutes section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3.
