Appropriates $4,460,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $4,460,000 in fiscal year 2023 from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration.

Distributes appropriated funds as grants to the Minnesota Public Television Association for production and acquisition of television content.

Requires grant recipients to use a portion of each grant to bring arts and cultural heritage content into Minnesota classrooms for education and preservation of history and culture.

Grant distribution must follow procedures outlined in Minnesota Statutes, section 129D.18.
