Amends Minnesota Statutes section 120B.125 to require school districts to provide military recruiters and representatives of skilled trades and manufacturing organizations the same access to secondary students as provided to institutions of higher education and prospective employers.

School districts are encouraged to sponsor an armed forces career opportunity day each school year prior to the third Thursday of November, with invitations extended to recruiters from each branch of the United States armed forces.

Recruiters must be allowed to make presentations to all interested secondary school students at any sponsored armed forces career opportunity day.

Maintains existing requirement that students develop personal learning plans by grade 9 that explore educational, college, and career interests and include access to education and career options, including armed forces career options.

Prohibits school districts from requiring any curriculum or activity that obligates elementary or secondary students to involuntarily select or pursue a specific career, career interest, or employment goals.
