Allows sale of life insurance policies that contain provisions to convert into long-term care insurance policies, exempting such products from the prohibition on combining life and long-term care coverage in a single policy.

Adds long-term care coverage to the list of coverages that may be combined with life insurance under Minnesota Statutes section 60A.06, subdivision 3(d).

Exempts life insurance that converts into long-term care insurance from the replacement insurance disclosure requirements in sections 61A.53 to 61A.60.

Expands the definition of "long-term care insurance" to explicitly include group and individual life insurance policies that convert into long-term care insurance.
