Prohibits hotels from selling, offering for sale, or providing single-use plastic products to customers after January 1, 2022.

Defines single-use plastics to include bottles containing liquids for human consumption, food serviceware, and plastic bags.

Establishes civil penalties of $50 per single-use plastic product violation, with a maximum penalty of $10,000 per hotel owner.

Authorizes the Minnesota Attorney General to bring enforcement actions for civil penalties or injunctive relief and to accept assurances of discontinuance.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
