Municipalities may issue on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses to event centers located on farms operating under an agricultural classification, zone, or conditional use permit.

Licensed premises may consist of non-contiguous spaces provided all spaces are included in the license application description.

Licensed event centers may sell intoxicating liquor on all days of the week to persons attending events.

Food service may be made available to the public on no more than one day per week at the licensed event center.

All other provisions of Minnesota liquor licensing law apply to these licenses except where inconsistent with this new authorization.
