Commissioner of human services must work with stakeholders to develop financing mechanisms for Programs for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) to cover actuarial and administrative costs.

Financing mechanism must be designed to begin July 1, 2022.

Commissioner must report progress on developing financing mechanisms to legislative committee chairs and ranking minority members by January 15, 2022.

$150,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2022 to complete initial actuarial and administrative work necessary to begin PACE operations under Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.69, subdivision 23, paragraph (e).
