School districts must allow youth groups of patriotic societies access to public school buildings for two weeks every September to speak to students about their society or organization

"Youth group of a patriotic society" is defined as a group or organization intended to serve young people under age 21

Specifically includes Scouts BSA, Girl Scouts of America, or any other youth group listed as a patriotic society in United States Code, title 36

Effective for the 2021-2022 school year and all subsequent school years
