• Prohibits government entities and technology providers from electronically accessing location-tracking, audio/visual recording features, or monitoring student interactions on school-issued devices, with limited exceptions for educational purposes, judicial warrants, missing devices, imminent threats, and federal/state law compliance.

• Establishes "education support services data" as private data on individuals relating to programs designed to eliminate educational disparities and advance equity, prohibiting disclosure except through court order or standard data practices exceptions.
