Enacts the Uniform Registration of Canadian Money Judgments Act in Minnesota Statutes chapter 548, allowing registration of Canadian court judgments for monetary recovery in Minnesota courts.

Permits registration in district court by filing authenticated copies of the Canadian judgment, registrant information, judgment amount details, accrued interest, costs, and attorney fees, along with required filing fee.

Registered judgments have the same enforcement effect as recognized foreign judgments but cannot be enforced by property seizure or garnishment until 31 days after notice is served on the judgment debtor.

Judgment debtors may petition to vacate registration within 30 days of notice if the judgment fails to meet recognition standards or registration requirements; courts may grant stays of enforcement upon showing likelihood of success.

Allows litigants to seek Canadian judgment recognition either through this registration process or through existing foreign judgment recognition procedures, but not both for the same judgment.
