Appropriates $108,684.65 from the general fund to the commissioner of management and budget for damages awarded to Nicholas Mark Peterson under the Imprisonment and Exoneration Remedies Act (Minnesota Statutes, sections 611.362 to 611.368).

Appropriates $1,180.63 from the general fund to the commissioner of corrections for sentence-to-service and community work service claims under $7,000 and other claims already paid by the department.

Both appropriations are available until June 30, 2022.
