• Amends Minnesota gambling statutes to clarify definitions and restrictions for electronic bingo devices and electronic pull-tab devices and games.

• Electronic bingo devices must limit play to 36 bingo faces per game, require coded entry activation, and may only display results in traditional paper bingo format without slot machine features like spinning reels or bonus games.

• Electronic pull-tab devices must require players to manually activate each ticket and line/row/column separately, display symbols immediately after activation, and prohibit slot machine features including progressive jackpots and bonus games.

• Electronic pull-tab games are limited to 7,500 predetermined tickets per game with a minimum price of 25 cents per ticket and must comply with prize limits under existing law.

• All provisions become effective September 6, 2022.
