Defines "tribal medical cannabis program" as a medical cannabis program operated by a federally recognized Indian tribe within Minnesota that has been recognized by the state health commissioner.

Requires the health commissioner to determine whether tribal medical cannabis programs meet or exceed state standards for qualifying conditions, product forms, production/distribution, safety/testing, and security before recognition.

Prohibits the commissioner from denying a patient's application to or revoking a patient's enrollment in the state registry program solely because the patient is also enrolled in a tribal medical cannabis program.

Extends all non-discrimination protections in state medical cannabis law to persons enrolled in tribal medical cannabis programs, including protections against discrimination by schools, landlords, employers, and in child custody matters.

Requires the Department of Health to post recognized tribal medical cannabis programs on its website.
