Defines "Tribal medical cannabis program" as a medical cannabis program operated by a federally recognized Indian Tribe located within Minnesota and recognized by the Commissioner of Health.

Requires the Commissioner of Health to evaluate Tribal medical cannabis programs upon request and recognize them if they meet or exceed state standards for qualifying conditions, allowable forms, production, distribution, product safety, testing, and security measures.

Directs the Commissioner to post recognized Tribal medical cannabis programs on the Department of Health's website.

Prohibits the Commissioner from denying or revoking a patient's enrollment in the state registry program solely because the patient is also enrolled in a Tribal medical cannabis program.

Extends all non-discrimination protections afforded to state registry patients to persons enrolled in recognized Tribal medical cannabis programs, including protections against discrimination by schools, landlords, employers, and in custody and visitation matters.
