• Preserves age-based exemptions for pertussis (age 7+), poliomyelitis (age 18+), haemophilus influenzae type b (age 5+), and measles/rubella/mumps (under 15 months).

• Retains exemption for non-Minnesota residents enrolled in online-only learning programs with no in-person instruction or classroom attendance.
