MN HF2694

Prohibits all Minnesota government entities and their subdivisions, agents, and designees from enforcing or attempting to enforce mandatory vaccines, vaccine passports, vaccine passes, or vaccine credentials through any federal or state mechanism.

Requires employers conducting business in Minnesota or employing Minnesota residents to accept proof of natural antibodies as an alternative to vaccination if they choose to mandate vaccines.

Defines "employer" according to Minnesota Statutes section 177.23, subdivision 6.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
