Appropriates an unspecified amount from the general fund in fiscal year 2023 to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for a grant to Contained Solutions, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

Grant funds shall be used to acquire property, predesign, design, construct, engineer, furnish, and equip four-plex residences to be veteran owned and occupied

Residences must be purchased by veterans using financial assistance from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs home loan program

Properties shall be located in Duluth, Minneapolis, Ramsey, St. Paul, and Sauk Centre, with some properties including community center space

Appropriation remains available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642; effective the day following final enactment
