Requires a pregnant woman to have an in-person appointment with a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant before receiving an abortion-inducing drug.

The health care provider must perform an abdominal ultrasound on the pregnant woman before prescribing, administering, or providing the abortion-inducing drug.

The health care provider must provide services in accordance with applicable professional standards of care during the appointment.

Defines "abortion-inducing drug" as any drug, medicine, oral hormonal compound, mixture, or preparation prescribed or provided with the intent to terminate a known pregnancy.

Establishes new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 145, section 145.4238.
