Defines "Global positioning system starter interrupt device" as a device installed on a motor vehicle that allows remote disabling of the vehicle's ignition, including fuel or ignition kill switches.

Adds fuel or ignition kill switches to the statutory definition of "theft deterrent device" in motor vehicle retail installment contracts.

Requires sellers to disclose in writing whether a GPS starter interrupt device is installed on a motor vehicle prior to executing a retail installment contract, regardless of whether a charge is included for the device.

Mandates that all required disclosures be provided in at least ten-point type in a single separate document distinct from the retail installment contract and other vehicle purchase documents.

Effective August 1, 2022, and applies to motor vehicle retail installment contracts executed on or after that date.
