• School district boards cannot require persons providing testimony at board meetings to disclose their address or other contact information, effective July 1, 2022.

• Charter school boards of directors cannot require persons providing testimony at board meetings to disclose their address or other contact information, effective July 1, 2022.

• Charter schools must publish and maintain on their official website the meeting minutes of the board of directors and committees with board-delegated authority for at least 365 days from the date of publication.

• Charter schools must publish and maintain directory information for the board of directors and committee members, as well as identifying and contact information for the school's authorizer on their official website.

• Charter schools must include identifying and contact information for their authorizer in other school materials made available to the public.
