Requires classroom teachers to make class syllabi electronically available to students and parents within the first two weeks of the school term for kindergarten through grade 12 classes.

Syllabi must outline all topics to be covered during the term and specify the order in which they will be covered.

Allows teachers to deviate from the syllabus during the term to accommodate student pace of advancement, student interests, or other pedagogical reasons.

Requires a new syllabus to be made available if more than 20 percent of the topics change during the term or if the teacher of record changes.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 120B.20, relating to parental curriculum reviews.
