Requires health care providers administering mifepristone (the first pill in a two-drug chemical abortion process) to provide a specific disclosure statement to pregnant women informing them the pill is not always effective and options may exist to continue the pregnancy.

Disclosure statement must be provided through one of three methods: stapling to the misoprostol package, attaching to the written prescription, or attaching to discharge instructions if the prescription goes directly to a pharmacy.

Exempts spontaneous miscarriages from the disclosure requirement and specifies only the facility or setting administering mifepristone must provide the disclosure, not pharmacies or other entities.

Clarifies the statute does not create or recognize any right to abortion.
