Amends Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 13, subdivision 5 to expand the scope of skate park grants under Minnesota Statutes section 240A.20, subdivision 2, clause (2).

Expands eligible grant uses from design only to include predesign, design, construction, furnishing, and equipping of skate parks.

Requires that skate parks be designed and constructed by designers with expertise in the field of skate park design.

Appropriates $250,000 for the construction and renovation of public skate parks program.

Effective retroactively from October 21, 2020.
