Appropriates $7,600,000 from bond proceeds to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Ramsey County for improvements at Gibbs Farm Museum.

Funds will support predesign, design, renovation, construction, furnishing, and equipping of site improvements, buildings, and facilities at the museum.

The museum is dedicated to the history of early Minnesota agriculture and the relationship between the Dakota people of Heyata Othunwe and the Jane and Heman Gibbs family.

Appropriation is contingent on at least $7,000,000 being committed from nonstate sources to complete the project.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $7,600,000 to provide the appropriated funds, effective the day following final enactment.
