Prohibits manufacturing, distributing, selling, or offering for sale any cookware containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in Minnesota.

Defines cookware as durable houseware items used in homes and restaurants to prepare, dispense, or store food, including pots, pans, skillets, grills, baking sheets, baking molds, trays, bowls, and cooking utensils.

Exempts the sale or resale of used cookware products from the prohibition.

Authorizes the Pollution Control Agency commissioner to enforce the prohibition under existing statutes and coordinate with the commissioners of commerce and health.

Becomes effective January 1, 2024.
