Authorizes credit union members to vote by mail or other verifiable means for director elections, credit committee and supervisory member elections, and bylaw amendments at annual and special meetings, subject to board of directors resolution.

Requires credit unions to display the names of board of directors members and the credit union manager on the credit union's website.
