Prohibits manufacturing, distributing, selling, or offering for sale ski wax or related tuning products containing PFAS (perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances) in Minnesota.

Defines PFAS as fluorinated organic chemicals containing at least one fully fluorinated carbon atom and ski wax as lubricants applied to snow runners to improve grip and glide properties.

Exempts the sale or resale of used products from the prohibition.

Authorizes the Pollution Control Agency commissioner to enforce the prohibition under Minnesota Statutes sections 115.071 and 116.072, with coordination authority with commerce and health commissioners.

Becomes effective July 1, 2024.
