Increases the number of three-day temporary liquor licenses from four to six per organization or location in a 12-month period.

Removes the 30-day period restriction that previously limited organizations to one temporary license within any 30-day period, except for community festivals.

Maintains the overall cap of 12 days per year for temporary licenses across all combinations of license lengths.

Allows municipalities to apply separate temporary wine and liquor license limitations individually to the same organization or location.
