Elevates physical assault of a peace officer from gross misdemeanor to felony, punishable by up to two years imprisonment or $4,000 fine.

Creates felony offense for assaulting a peace officer if the assault inflicts demonstrable bodily harm or involves throwing/transferring bodily fluids or feces, punishable by up to three years imprisonment or $6,000 fine.

Criminalizes knowingly making publicly available personal information about law enforcement officials or their immediate family members (including peace officers, judges, and prosecutors) as a misdemeanor offense.

Defines personal information to include home address, phone numbers, email address, photographs, and directions to residence or vehicle of the official or family members.

Requires that the dissemination of personal information poses an imminent and serious threat to the official's or family member's safety, and that the person knows or reasonably should know of such threat, effective August 1, 2021.
