Municipalities may issue one additional seven-day temporary license per year to a county agricultural society for alcoholic beverage sales at a county fair.

This seven-day license is in addition to existing temporary license allowances of three four-day, four three-day, six two-day, or 12 one-day licenses per year (not to exceed 12 days total).

The new seven-day county fair license does not count against the 12-day annual limit for temporary licenses.

Municipalities that issue separate temporary wine and liquor licenses may apply the same limitations separately to each type of license.

Effective date is the day following final enactment.
