Prohibits the manufacture, distribution, sale, or offer for sale in Minnesota of apparel or outerwear containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) effective January 1, 2025.

Defines apparel as items intended to be worn on the human body including footwear, accessories, and clothing for daily wear, formal occasions, and outdoor activities; excludes professional uniforms designed to protect wearers from health or environmental hazards.

Exempts the sale or resale of used products from the prohibition.

Authorizes the Commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency to enforce the prohibition under existing statutory provisions and coordinate with the Commissioners of Commerce and Health.

Requires persons to furnish relevant information to the Pollution Control Agency upon request to demonstrate compliance.
