Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 340A.28, subdivision 2, which prohibited municipalities from issuing small brewer off-sale licenses to brewers producing more than 20,000 barrels annually or wineries producing more than 250,000 gallons annually.

Eliminates the restriction that prevented brewers or wineries with economic interests in larger producers from obtaining growler sales licenses.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
