• State agencies and political subdivisions are prohibited from adopting or enforcing laws, rules, policies, or regulations requiring individuals to be vaccinated against communicable diseases or show proof of vaccination.

• Businesses operating in Minnesota are prohibited from requiring vaccination or proof of vaccination as a condition for employment, service provision, or customer access.

• Exemptions are provided for vaccine requirements established under Minnesota Statutes sections 121A.15 and 135A.14, or Minnesota Rules chapter 4604.

• The bill becomes effective the day following final enactment.
