Counties and Tribes must contact MFIP participants by phone or in writing to acquire missing information when an incomplete household report form is received, instead of immediately returning the form.

Agencies may still send a notice of proposed termination if a complete household report form is not received by approximately the 16th of the month, with termination valid unless a complete form is submitted before month-end.

Removes item (xiii) regarding income from service and rehabilitation programs that meet or exceed the state's minimum wage rate from the public assistance income inclusions list.

Renumbers remaining unearned income items (xiv) through (xviii) to (xiii) through (xvii) following the removal of the service and rehabilitation programs income provision.

Good cause exemptions remain available for participants who fail to submit completed household report forms due to employer delays, agency failures to assist, non-receipt of forms, illness, or unavoidable circumstances.
