Removes the exemption allowing discrimination based on sexual orientation in rental of units in dwellings containing not more than two units by resident owners.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes 363A.20, subdivision 3, which exempted nonpublic service organizations serving minors from non-discrimination requirements based on sexual orientation for employees and volunteers.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes 363A.27, which stated that the human rights law does not condone homosexuality, does not require teaching it as acceptable, does not authorize affirmative action programs based on sexual orientation, and does not authorize same-sex marriage recognition.

Amends the housing exemption in Minnesota Statutes 363A.21, subdivision 1, to remove sexual orientation from the list of permitted discrimination bases for resident owners renting rooms in one-family accommodations.
