School districts and public schools are prohibited from requiring instruction relating to critical race theory in required curriculum.

Defines "critical race theory" as examining the role of race and racism in society, the social construction of race, institutionalized racism, and how race intersects with identity, systems, and policies.

Effective the day following final enactment.
