Public schools and Minnesota State High School League member schools must allow students to participate in sex-segregated interscholastic or intramural athletics consistent with their gender identity, regardless of gender at birth.

Students must be allowed to use school facilities, including bathrooms and locker rooms, consistent with their gender identity, regardless of gender at birth.

Amends the definition of allowable uses for total operating capital revenue to include gender neutral bathroom facilities and locker room privacy stalls as part of school building improvements and repairs.

Amendment to operating capital revenue provisions is effective for revenue for fiscal year 2023 and later.
