• Ratifies labor agreement between Minnesota and Minnesota Law Enforcement Association for fiscal years 2020 and 2021, approved October 1, 2021.

• Ratifies labor agreements with American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (Council 5, Unit 225, and Unit 8) for fiscal years 2022 and 2023, approved October 1, 2021.

• Ratifies labor agreements with Minnesota Association of Professional Employees, Minnesota Nurses Association, Middle Management Association, and State Residential Schools Education Association for fiscal years 2022 and 2023.

• Ratifies compensation plans for Commissioner's Plan, Managerial Plan, Office of Higher Education Unclassified Personnel, MNsure, and Office of Legislative Auditor for fiscal years 2022 and 2023.

• Ratifies multiple memorandums of understanding submitted by the commissioner of management and budget and approved by the Legislative Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations between December 10, 2021 and May 16, 2022; becomes effective the day following final enactment.
