Prohibits courts from issuing or approving no-knock search warrants in Minnesota.

Defines "no-knock search warrant" as a warrant allowing officers to enter premises without first loudly knocking, announcing their presence or purpose, and waiting at least 30 seconds before entry.

Repeals existing statutory provisions (subdivisions 3 and 4 of Minnesota Statutes 2021 Supplement, section 626.14) that previously established requirements and reporting procedures for no-knock warrants.
