Amends Minnesota Statutes section 121A.04, subdivision 4, regarding school athletic team participation at elementary and secondary levels.

Adds prohibition that public elementary or secondary schools, or schools that are Minnesota State High School League members, cannot permit males to participate in interscholastic or intramural athletics designed for women or girls.

Establishes that permitting male participation in women's or girls' athletics constitutes a violation of this section.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
