Prohibits manufacturing, selling, offering for sale, or distributing new juvenile products containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in Minnesota, effective January 1, 2024.

Defines juvenile products as items designed or marketed for children under 12 years old, including cribs, car seats, strollers, mattresses, pillows, and play mats, but excludes electronics, medical devices, and adult mattresses.

Exempts used juvenile products from the prohibition, allowing resale of previously owned items.

Authorizes the Pollution Control Agency commissioner to enforce the prohibition and coordinate with the commissioners of commerce and health.

Requires persons to furnish compliance information to the Pollution Control Agency commissioner upon request.
