Adds "advanced dental therapist," "alcohol and drug counselor," and "allied health care technician" to the list of eligible professions for the health professional education loan forgiveness program.

Expands nurse and allied health care technician service obligations from three years to two years of full-time service.

Creates a new loan forgiveness category for allied health care technicians working in Minnesota health care facilities, clinics, or health care settings with annual disbursements equivalent to 30 percent of average educational debt.

Increases annual loan forgiveness disbursements from 15 percent to 30 percent of average educational debt for nurses and health care technicians who agree to teach in their designated field.

Appropriates $5,000,000 for fiscal years 2023 through 2026, with $0 appropriated for fiscal year 2027.
