Replaces individual provider payments with a single statewide reimbursement rate for behavioral health home services, effective July 1, 2022.

Requires the commissioner to consult with stakeholders, including service providers, when establishing the statewide reimbursement rate.

Mandates annual adjustment of the statewide reimbursement rate using the Medicare Economic Index.

Maintains coverage of behavioral health home services for eligible individuals with serious mental illness who voluntarily select a designated provider.

Requires behavioral health homes to meet process, outcome, and quality standards for continued certification and authorizes data collection to monitor compliance.
