Allows employees to provide documentation of natural immunity to COVID-19 as an alternative to employer-mandated vaccination or testing requirements.

Accepts three forms of natural immunity documentation: a health care provider's signed statement dated after March 1, 2020 showing a positive COVID-19 test; a serology test demonstrating naturally occurring antibodies; or a notarized letter from the employee stating they recovered from COVID-19.

Requires employers that impose COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements to inform employees in writing of their right to claim the natural immunity exemption.

Prohibits employers from retaliating against employees who use the natural immunity exemption, including requiring self-isolation, face coverings, or relocation to a different work area if such measures are not required of vaccinated or tested employees.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
